EVIQ joins CharIN to propel Saudi Arabia's EV Ecosystem

The Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Company (EVIQ) is excited to announce its membership in the Charging Interface Initiative (CharIN), which is a global association dedicated to the development and promotion of interoperable charging standards for electric vehicles. This is a pivotal step in advancing Saudi Arabia's electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, that aligns with EVIQ’s commitment to fostering EV adoption across the Kingdom, through developing state-of-the-art infrastructure and a nationwide network of fast chargers.

EVIQ's vision includes the deployment of over 5,000 chargers in strategic locations throughout the Kingdom, enabling a robust EV ecosystem. As a CharIN member, EVIQ joins a global network of cross-industry stakeholders—including automakers, charging station manufacturers, and energy providers—committed to interoperable and seamless EV charging solutions.

EVIQ's commitment to sustainability and innovation in e-mobility drives its partnership with CharIN. This membership allows EVIQ to collaborate with industry leaders from around the world, and contribute to the evolution of global EV charging standards, enhancing the user experience in Saudi Arabia by ensuring harmonious operation of vehicles, chargers, and software systems. This collaboration will help EVIQ to drive innovation in the charging sector, aligning with CharIN's goal of creating a reliable and user-friendly EV charging experience.
